All orders have free shipping.
All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. When the items leave our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you wish to track your shipment, please visit www.dhl.com. You can also email us at contact@kamillabelmont.com and we will assist you.
Although our couriers do strive to achieve the below delivery schedules 100% of the time, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within the estimates delivery times.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We are a proud Swedish located company but are happy to be able to ship internationally, please see below for more details on delivery information.
Our Nordic delivery service includes Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Finland.
We also deliver to over 200 countries worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and United Arab Emirates.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Depending on the value and weight of your order, your KB parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Please note deliveries may be made any time between 8:00am and 8:00pm (Excluding Saturday/Sunday). Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window, however if you are not at home, our couriers will attempt delivery to a secure location or leave your parcel with a neighbour.
Returns and Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may return the item within 14 days from the date you received the item from us. We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
We cannot refund the original shipping costs. In case of doing a return or exchange, you are responsible for returning the item yourself. Please take note of how returning an item may incur a charge, depending on where you ship your item from.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take up to thirty days from when we receive the item at KB Webshop to completing the refund process before it will appear on your bank statement.
